Need to start a return?
We love our product and want you to as well. If we fell short of meeting your expectations, we are more than happy to offer a partial or full refund and pay for the return shipping to communicate our sincere gratitude for considering My First Workout®.
How many days do I have to return the product?
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges of unused equipment within 30 days of purchase.
How do I start a refund?
- Please complete the return/exchange form, indicating how you would like us to handle your return.
- Enclose the return form with the merchandise in the original packaging including proof of purchase.
All returned merchandise will be charged a $7.50 return processing fee, which will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund. We will waive the return processing fee for item(s) returned within 30 days for the following reasons:
- Damaged/defective merchandise
- Unused/unopened exchange orders
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our part while shipping your order. Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment.
Additional Information and Exceptions
Returned products must be in new condition and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of posters or videos that have been unsealed or downloaded.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping of returned, unwanted items.
If your item does not qualify for free return shipping we suggest that you send your item to us via an insured, traceable means, such as UPS insured or insured mail. MM FITNESS, LLC is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during shipment. Properly pack your item to protect against damage in transit.

Subscription programs can be cancelled at any time prior to receiving exercise programming or equipment.
Please allow 7-14 business days for return transit time, the return to be processed and the refund to be issued to your account. If you provided an email address, we will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.
